Aleh Khichou is resident of Hrodna detained on May 31, 2021 and charged under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code (organization or active participation in group actions grossly violating public order).

He was accused of participating in a post-election protest on August 10, 2020.

On October 18, 2021, the Kastryčnicki District Court of Hrodna sentenced him to one year and two months of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony.

Aleh served his sentence in full and was released on April 29, 2022.
