Aliaksandr Ioda was detained in March 2023. He was convicted in Minsk City Court under Part 1 of Article 342 and Article 361-2 of the Criminal Code. On October 16 and 18, 2023, the case was considered by Judge Vera Halaukova. The court has handed down a prison sentence.
On December 22, 2023, the appeal against the verdict was heard.
On January 12, 2024, the Ministry of Internal Affairs added the individual to the "list of extremists".
