Aliaksandr Kulbachka is a co-owner of a wine bar in Minsk. In 2017, he was recognized as The Best Sommelier of Belarus. He hosts the @sasha_and_wine Telegram channel.

He was placed in a pre-trial detention center for participating in the post-election protests, under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code ('Active participation in group actions grossly disrupting public order').

On February 28, 2023, the Kastryčnicki District Court of Minsk tried the case of the political prisoner. It is known that Judge Ina Sivets delivered a non-custodial sentence.
