Aliaksei Artsetski is a resident of Brest targeted in a criminal case opened after the dancing protest of September 13, 2020.

Artsetski was initially at large as a suspect in the case (under Article 342 of the Criminal Code, active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order). On March 15, 2021, he was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in a general-security penal colony.

Aliaksei served his sentence in full and was released on July 23, 2022.
