Andrei Bialiauski

Andrei Bialiauski, entrepreneur and TikTok-blogger from Babruisk, was detained on April 28, 2022. It is known that Andrei is under criminal investigation for insulting the president (Article 368 of the Criminal Code). After the detention, the police took over Bialiauski's account on TikTok.

Andrei is kept in pre-trial detention center.

On August 22, 2022, the trial was held behind closed doors at the Babruisk District and City Court. The political prisoner was found guilty and sentenced to 24 months of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony.

On January 5, 2024, he served his sentence and was released.
