Andrus Asmalouski is a member of the UCP. He was detained, as well as several other party members. Asmalouski is charged with ‘active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order’ under Article 342 of the Criminal Code.

He was held in pre-trial detention center.

The trial of Asmalouski and other UCP members started on October 27, 2022, in the Frunzienski District Court of Minsk. On October 31, Judge Ala Skuratovich found him guilty and sentenced him to three years of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony.
