Anton Maslyka was detained on June 29, 2022. He was charged under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code and placed in pre-trial detention center. His wife Katsiaryna Yeudakimava was arrested in the same criminal case.

On October 14, 2022, Judge Siarhei Katser of the Maskoŭski District Court of Minsk found the spouses guilty and sentenced Anton Maslyka to 18 months of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony, and Katsiaryna Yeudakimava to three years of restricted freedom under home confinement.
