Artsiom Zakrzheuski was charged with organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order (Part 1 of Article 342) and hooliganism (Part 3 of Article 339 of the Criminal Code).

The trial was presided over by Judge Alena Zhukovich.

He was taken into custody in early January 2022 on suspicion of hooliganism and later charged under Article 342 of the Criminal Code.

On July 5, 2022, Zakrzheuski was sentenced to four years and six months of restricted freedom in an open penal facility (khimiya).

The defendant is currently serving the sentence at open correctional facility No. 9.

On October 11, 2023, Judge Volha Shapaval began considering the case of Artsiom Zakrzheuski regarding the request to strengthen the prison regime. The trial was held at the Court of Čyhunačny District of Viciebsk.

      Artsiom Zakrzheuski is on the list of extremists.
