Dzmitryi Anchukou was charged with 'desecration of buildings and property damage' (Article 341 of the Criminal Code).

On November 19, 2022, the Lieninski District Court of Hrodna ruled to find him guilty of desecrating buildings and other structures with cynical inscriptions and pictures. Judge Natallia Horbach sentenced Dzmitryi Anchukou to 12 months of restricted freedom with a referral to an open-type penal facility.

From January 27, 2023, Anchukou began serving his sentence in open-type penal colony #7 (in the Brest region).
