Dzmitry Padrez is an IT professional detained in mid-July 2021 for leaking to a Telegram channel the personal data of several security officers.

He was charged under three articles of the Criminal Code: Article 130 (Incitement to hatred), Article 364 (Violence or threat of violence against an employee of the internal affairs bodies), and Article 365 (Interference in the activities of a police officer).

On March 15, 2022, the judicial board of criminal cases of Minsk City Court presiding by Judge Siarhei Khrypach passed a verdict in the case of political prisoner Dzmitry Padrez. He was sentenced to 7 years of imprisonment in a medium-security penal colony.
