On September 8, 2023, Herman Lebedzeu was charged under Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for reposting content from the NEXTA channel on Telegram. On September 11, 2023, he was charged under Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for reposting from the Telegram channel Belarus Golovnogo Mozga.
On October 15, 2023, Herman was charged under Article 368 of the Criminal Code.
