In May 2022, Yauhen Blakhinski was convicted under Part 1 of Article 13 and Part 1 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code, Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code, Part 1 of Article 130 and Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code.
Yauhen was arrested on January 18, 2022, when he arrived in Hrodna from Germany.
He was included in the list of Belarusian citizens, foreign citizens and stateless persons involved in extremist and terrorist activities.
The trial was held on May 4, 2022. Yauhen was sentenced to 7 years in a penal colony.
He is serving his sentence in penal colony No. 15.
