On August 11, 2022, the Saviecki District Court of Minsk convicted Radkevich under Article 342 of the Criminal Code ('Organization and preparation of actions grossly breaching public order, or active participation in them'). Judge Volha Yemelyanchanka sentencd him to three years of restricted freedom with a referral to an open-type penal facility.

Since November 21, 2022, Yauhen Radkevich has been serving his sentence in open-type penitentiary #48 in Asipovičy, Mahilioŭ region.
