Kiryl Bryh is a resident of Homieĺ convicted on "hooliganism" charges.

On May 15, 2021, the Centraĺny District Court of Homieĺ sentenced Bryh to 18 months of home confinement for removing the state flag and replacing it with a white-red-white flag in the city's central Lenin Square on November 26, 2020.

Earlier, for the same offense, Heorhi Vasilenka was sentened to two years in an open penitentiary.
