Maksim Ankuda was detained in a criminal case on group actions grossly violating public order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code).

He was transferred to pre-trial detention center and charged.

On May 27, 2022, Minsk Lieninski District Court found Maksim guilty of committing crimes under Part 1 of Article 368 and Article 369 of the Criminal Code. After combining the sentences he was sentenced to 18 months in jail and a fine of 3,200 rubles (about 950 US dollars).
