Maksim Babich

Maksim Babich is a minor student of Minsk State Automotive College. He is charged under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code (organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them) for the events of October 13, when protesters blocked a road in the Serabranka district of Minsk.

Maksim has a heart condition.

On December 22, 2020, the Lieninski District Court of Minsk sentenced Maksim Babich to three years of restricted liberty (“home imprisonment”). The minor was released from custody in the courtroom.
