Pavel Lukashevich, a resident of Lida, was detained in September 2023. In the police video, he stated that he was registered in Plan Peramoha program and made threats to law enforcement officials on the Telegram platform. He was initially convicted under an administrative article and subsequently transferred to a pre-trial detention center in a criminal case.
On May 5, 2024, Pavel was tried in Hrodna Regional Court under three articles of the Criminal Code. The charges against him include Article 361-1 (creation of an extremist formation, or participation in it), Article 369 (insulting a government official), and Article 391 (insulting a judge). The case was considered by Judge Yury Kazakevich.
