Siarhei Bunata, an entrepreneur from Baranavičy, was detained on August 31, 2023, first for reposting a Belsat publication from the group 'STOP LUKA' about the Day of Will. As a result, he was sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest.

Following his release, he was again detained in a criminal case. He has been accused of 'calls for sanctions' under Part 3 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code. The details of the case are unknown. The trial began on April 8, 2024, in Brest Region Court, with Judge Andrei Leshchanka presiding.

His wife and minor daughter are waiting his return home.
