Siarhei Dalivelia is a musician, an author of music and lyrics, and the leader of the Banderol rock band based in Minsk. He has a YouTube channel.

He was detained for publishing comments on the Internet in connection with the deaths of the IT worker Andrei Zeltser and the KGB agent Dzmitry Fedasiuk.

On October 7, 2022, Judge Halina Bondal of the Viciebsk Regional Court found Dalivelia guilty of ‘inciting hatred’ under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to two years of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony.

The political prisoner served his full term. On February 16, 2023, he was released from penal colony #3 in Vićba, Viciebsk region.
