Siarhei Hatskevich is a high school student in Brest, a minor.

Hatskevich faced criminal charges under Part 2 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code (participation in mass riots) for his involvement in an August 10 post-election protest. Before the trial, Siarhei free under surveillance.

On March 10, 2021, he and eight other defendants in the criminal case were convicted by the Maskoŭski District Court of Brest. Hatskevich was sentenced to three years in a juvenile penitentiary.
