Uladzislau Siomukha was convicted under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (Organization and preparation of actions grossly disrupting public order, or active participation in them). On August 26, 2022, in the Maskoŭski District Court of Minsk, Judge Siarhei Katser sentenced him to 2 years and 6 months of freedom restriction with a referral to an open-type penal colony.

Uladzislau Siomukha began serving his sentence in November 2022, at open-type penal colony #17 in Homieĺ.

He was included in the "List of Belarusian citizens, foreign citizens and stateless persons involved in extremist activities".
