Natallia Zakharanka is a citizen of Ukraine. At the beginning of July 2023, the woman disappeared on her way to Mozyr, Belarus, where her sister lives. 

It turned out that she had been arrested and charged with espionage in favor of Ukraine under Article 358 of the Criminal Code. Larysa Kupa is on trial with her. The trial against the women began on February 15, 2024 at the Homieĺ Regional Court. The case is being considered by Judge Anatol Sotnikau.

As reported by the Ukrainian media, Natallia was a volunteer who, after the outbreak of the war, transported Ukrainian refugees to the EU and Belarus, handing over documents and medicines. It is also known that Zakharanka traveled to Belarus in her own car.
