On May 21, 2024, Siarhei Vysotski was found guilty under Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code (creation of an extremist formation, or participation in it) and sentenced to three and a half years of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony. Additionally, he is required to pay a fine of 400 basic units (equivalent to approximately 16 thousand Br).
