Stanislau Akalovich was charged with desecration of state symbols (Article 370 of the Criminal Code). In addition, Akalovich was found guilty of malicious hooliganism under Part 1 of Article 339.
On December 12, 2022, he was sentenced to two years' restricted freedom under home confinement ("domashnyaya khimiya"). The case was considered by Judge Maryna Zapasnik.
