Uladzimir Lisitsa, a Ukrainian, was arrested for leaving comments in Odnoklassniki that "insulted Lukashenka" and other government officials  (Articles 369 and 368 of the Criminal Code).

Uladzimir's case was considered by Judge Aliaksei Lapushanski. The trial began on December 19, 2023. Uladzimir was sentenced to three years in a general-security penal colony, as well as fined 7,400 rubles. In addition, Lisitsa was ordered to pay compensation for moral damages in favor of two victims in the amount of 3,000 Br each.
