Yauhen Kladou was charged under Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code.
Initially, on August 30, 2023, Yauhen was detained under Article 19.11 of the Administrative Code (Production, distribution or storage of extremist materials). Later, a criminal case was initiated against him.
On November 24, 2023, Judge Safiya Khvalko found Yauhen guilty and sentenced him to one year in a penal colony.
On March 1, 2024, he was included in the list of extremists by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
